      Jio Fiber has done Fraud with me and every day they are giving me assurance that your connection will be installed and the engineer will visit at your place. On 7th August the connection was book and payment made but till today installation process was not done. And the jio local officials are not picking up my calls. I am mentally harassed every day by calling them

    I have been lodging complaint with Jio since 7.7.20. Today, even after a week, nobody has come to resolve the issue. Each day, starting from 7.720, we are told that the executive will come the next day. We are bearing these false assurances for over a week now. As all the members in our house are working from home during this pandemic, it makes it all the more necessary to resolve the issue asap. I have been on official leave for a week and i see no hope. These people just dupe you into buying Jio with great offers but
    1. Neither they have a good internet connection. With a speed of 70 mbps (we paid for gold plan, 250 mbps), i cant even connect it in the next room
    2. God forbid if any issue comes up, these people are not even willing to resolve it
    3. The customer care executives employed cant even deal with their customers patiently.

    I would suggest, DO NOT EVER BUY JIO!!!

    I booked the connect on 6th of JULY, and the engineer was supposed to be there on the 9th. It is 16th today no one has turned up, on calls they are circulating me from one person to another. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen!

    Jio Fiber Support and service is pathetic. I have requested for relocation on 6Aug still there is no response from the support team. After so many days when contacted to local jio team they say my new location is out area. where as customer care people still unaware about this request. When I called and asked for disconnection its seems to initiate uninstall it would take 7 working days and post that it will take 15 working days to refund security money. what kind of justice is this while purchasing you will be asked to pay upfront but when it comes to return 15 days. I had called 3 times customer care to remind them to initiation relocation installation. for the current month I have used for hardly 8 days but strange policy that entire month charge is applicable. They claim to be common man service provider in terms of cost but in fact its untrue.
    I have had very very bad experience with jio service. funnest thing is if you want new connection they will reach you no time for multiple times but existing customers are dont care.

    sir iam the customer recently 5 days back for uploading of my videous that was 23 minutes video two days ago that video up loading started still that condition is same under uploading my plan is silver plan ipayed for plan 1000 rs for videous up loading but nobody respond to my complint and solve did not solve my problem how can I solve this problem I am verymuch faith for your network so solve my problem immiedetly

    I would like to take Jio broad band connection at my house, D.no. 31-27-51, RAJDEEP SADAN, KURMANNAPALEM, VADLAPUDI POST OFFICE, VISAKHAPATNAM , ANDHRA PRADESH, PIN530046,

    I m facing speed issues from last 4 month and I registered a complaint continuously but no engineer came at my place. Customer care said that engineer came at your place and Chang ont router but no engineer came at my place. Now I decided to change jio fiber with other broadband. Worst services given by jio fiber. They don’t even bothered about their customers they only harassed them. When they required a new connections then they are very polite and fast service given by them but after installation they don’t care about the customers. Sirf lootna chahte h customers ko. I never suggested any one for jio fiber

    There is always interuption in JIO FIBRE network. There is also, number of times interption in contiuous watching TV programmes on Jio Fibre Network. Incoming calls automatically end while conversation in progress, leaving it half heard / completed cnversation. No service Engineer attend the Complaint. My land line No. is 02235569037.     Please cancel the order no. NO0000EWGFE4, since you have not been able to install for over 2 weeks. I wrote to your head Saurabh Singh ([email protected]) regarding the delays, but as expected from Jio/Reliance, there was no response. I have now chosen a different service provider.

    Please return the money I already paid for Jio Silver service to the account I shared in my email!.

    Please advise by when you will cancel, and reimburse. Hope that at least will be faster than my wait time till now, since the order was placed.

    Update: 2 days since above email was sent to you, and not even an acknowledgment. Contacted Jio on the Whatsapp number above, and its a bot, that only talks about booking, not cancellation.

    Similarly, they are not resolving jio fiber problems for the last 10 days. I am mentally harassed and tortured after calling and begging to Jio Fiber customer care as well as head of office Bareilly Mr Ashutosh–6396858235 and Mr Mahendra–6397990330. Also sent three emails to customer care.

    This is to inform you that we requested for jio fiber service on 2nd September and as per our request one executive visited our office on galaxy square market khidderpore for jio fiber service registration.
    On 6th September jio fiber registration day , due to some reason I Dhiraj Kumar rajak was not having my adhar card due to which registration was done in name of another partner Pooja Chowdhury registered mobile number 8910669075.
    Since it was urgent for us we requested them to get it installed within 2-3 working days
    They promised and said they will try their level best to get this installation done
    After listening to them we paid them 1500 by online banking
    Almost after 1 week we got installation date despite of informing them about urgency .
    Today on 13th September 15-20 calls had been initiated to your department however no resolution had been provided for the same. It was supposed to get installed by 10:15AM, Today but
    After waiting the entire day executive reached our office at 5:06 PM and informed us that our nearest jio fiber is around 80m radius and therefore he cannot install the same.
    He said for refund
    If this work could not be done earlier why I have been kept waiting from 10 days for no reason ?
    Is this service jio fiber provide to customer ?
    If they had an issue why the executive has not informed earlier?

    I took jio fiber last month but wiring was done in in-proper way for which my my society is objecting about wiring system,
    i need to recharge as my kids online exam going on but cant do before wiring system get corrected. i had talk regarding same with jio executive but no body is responding
    customer care service is too complicated

    I have been continuously following up with various JIO Fibre team members for connecting my Building at 7 Bunglows, Versova Mumbai for long, last month the person whom I was following up with for over a month said that he is no more working with Reliance and he gave me Contact of Dharmendra Tripathi (9321003032). I have been again following up with this person from last more than a month, from last 10 days I have been calling Dharmendra Tripathi and he is not picking my call or even revrting back neither he is responding on my Whats App messages looking at this I asked him number of his senior so that I can understand the status of laying the JIO Cable to my Building, but now he has Blocked my number. Please check and support.

    My Bad experience with JIO FIBER ..JIO FIBER is cheating the customers by promising false commitments and cheap quality service.i have taken jio Fiber connection on 9th sept 20.They have sent a SMS commitment for Installation on 15th Sept 20,But after several requestd they finally installed on 18th Sept 20.
    I did a mistake because iam attracted towards JIOFIber advertisements and Mukesh Ambani’s statements and cancelled the other Internet service provider who used to giving a quality service than Jio Fiber.
    1.JIO Fiber connection installation would not happen that easy. They will NOT stick on their commitment date.After several requests they will come and install the JIO Fiber and spend the lot of Time at home for getting connected the Jio and activation.
    2. I strongly believe that those installation team is NOT qualified engineers,Because i have observed their activities and analyzed.
    3.After installation i have struggled a lot with poor quality net signals and frequent disconnections immediately within two days after installation.
    4.After several phone calls requests finally 3 persons so called service engineers had visited to my home and struggled a lot to fix a small technical issue and spend lot of time more than 8 hrs at my home during this Pandamic covid-19 (corona) period.it was caused a embarrassing situation with lot of mental agony and fear in the family.
    5.After reinstallation and replacement of JIO Fiber router, again the problem repeated within a day.Their technical solution by chat wizard won’t resolve the issue.you have to spend lot of time on tollfree phone call to get service request from Jio Fiber.
    6.i have faced lot of problems because of loss of internet,and almost my job went in serious bad situation.
    7.My Son was attending his Sencond semister exams which were affected because of this JioFiber poor quality and disconnection of Internet.
    9.Jio fiber being a world wide reputed organization should in a position provide 24/7 service and a QUALITY service.
    10.JionFiber service team might cause CORONA affect..Because the service technicians more than 2 persons would visit your home and spend lot of time forcibly.
    11.These problems won’t happen if jio can able to provide a quality service.
    12.My final comment ,..If you like to have JIO at your home better keep alternate arrangement along with that,otherwise you lose your valuable career one fine day.
    13.My suggection to JIO managent Mukesh Ambani and his staff should setup this JIOFIBER connection at their own homes for better understanding their service to customers.
    14. Iam going to file a legal case in the Consumer forum on their poor quality service which has caused problems.

    Jio Fiber connection was ordered vide no. NO0000FAM0HO on dated 06th October’20 and Txt message was received for installation on 7th October at H. No. 347, Sector-27, Gurugram, Pin-122009. But till date it is not done and no response received from the RM. While contacting Customer care status shows PENDING. Request for immediate support.

    I have taken jio fibre connection in the month of december 2019,and I am facing lot of connection issues,complained to the service team and as well as sales team who initiated the connection,but no response,this connection was taken for my daughter online classes,worst response from jio team,I suggest customers not to go for this network,recently when i contacted the service team, they are suggesting me to take one more new connection and upgrade my plan from Rs820/- per month to rs 999/-my location is in seethammadara,behind nri hospital,visakhapatnam.
    I want to disconnect this worst network and switch over to act fibre.

    Jio support system is a complete failure and as a customer I really feel Jio team is least bothered about existing customers.

    very poor installation service ! inspite of 15 days post installation of main line the service has still not been activated the just keep sending sms every second day stating an individuals contact no , who on calling says it will take 5 days every time that he is called to check on status.

    completely unprofessional way of conduct n reply , today i give up n jio fiber, if installation is such a pain do not know what kind of service the staff will provide after activation.

    they just keep saying the issue is form head office in ghansoli and they can do nothing software department is incapably slow is the reason we received today

Direct interaction to Customer care also not facilitated. No mail id is provided for raising complain. Request refund the deposit if installation cant be done.
