    Hi Team,

    I am trying since a month for Jio fiber connection at my home and the officer/agent giving false assurance *Tomorrow*, *Week Later* , *Will send our guys right away* etc.

    Being a branded company, I never expected such a poor response from you guys!

    Can I know whether it is possible to get connection or not ? or should I look for alternative?

    My jio fiber network is running very bad. Talks on toll free number but not right. Nobody talks in your department. Talked to the people who work in your department who have Jio fiber on their mobile no. Lia and talked but they did not come. Get my live fiber corrected.

    Jio service at Coimbatore is very poor. Unable to get proper guidance. Jio’s complaint grievance mechanism is not clear and transparent. My line is getting disconnected once in 10 minutes and speed is very slow.

    Lack of such guidance to customers will ruin Jio’s business.

    My Jio Fibre number is 1179623795. I have opted for 3-months Silver Plan.
    The Jio Fibre connection at my home is highly unstable. Many times the net is not working. Also the speed is very low. The Settop box supplied with it does not work as the speed is poor.

    Such a pathetic customer experience with jio fiber. I paid 1500 Rs on 7th sep 2020 for jio fiber connection, the installation guy told me they’ll install on 9th sep 2020, he didn’t came on 9th sep and when we called him in the evening he said we’ll come tomorrow. After some time I received a msg from Jio that they will install on 14th sep 2020. They take 7 working days for installation that too not sure they will do so or not. I am stucked coz I have made the payment. Airtel services are far better than jio and they value their customers. I am highly regretting my decision to opt for jio fiber.

    It is about 5 days my Jio fiber internet connection off.
    We complain to Reliance Mall Basni office on dated 12.09.2020
    Your engineer came and say that there are local PC network issue.
    Then today we call to local person who establish the local network for my pc’s. When he checked he found all the network connection ok.
    Jio team came to check on 2 pm then they found the fiber cable was broken on pole. what a fulish work of this.
    One more thing is that fiber cable length was more then 700 mtr. the box of Jio fibre is located is next to next street from our home.

    My name is Brig Ahmad Ali. I have a Jio Fiber connection at my residence at Allahabad, UP.

    I have a problem of not getting through on the Wifi. The symbol for Wifi appears for a brief while and then again disappears . I guess it is due to the distance where the Wifi box is installed from my study room.

    worst service ever, I have been trying to lodge a request for disconnection and pickup since last 7 months but there is no response from their end. the company is always procrastinate the request and the work never happens, I tried contacting the local guy of the company but the outcome is the same. Now I am calling them from last one week and the call is not being picked. I recommend never get a jio fiber connection because I believe the service provider who does not have a good communication and complaint channel is of no use.

    My Story First Story from 6th Oct 2020 to 23rd Oct 2020

    I raised an incident on 6th Oct 2020 for relocation. I received a call and they said it can be done in 3days after that no one called me. After few days I called and checked the incident was resolved with no RF Connection available, but the funny part my new shift home was not even 200 meters from my last home, then call center executive reopened the incident even after few days no one called me and again I called to check the status it was resolved again and I was wondering why I didn’t get any email or SMS, then I came to know if you set the incident to resolve you will not get any update till it changed to the status “closed” how smart they are, this time call center executive said they will escalate this to higher officials but no use again incident was changed to resolved. So even higher officials also following the same logics. This happened till Oct 23rd 2020.

    After 26th Oct 2020 till 30th Oct 2020

    I called again to call center they said process changed you have to send me the required documents to process further even updating the documents I didn’t get any solution. Finally I called again to call center they said you can talk to higher official but even waited for 1 hour no one they connected.

    Meanwhile I called few who available in stores to help but they also missed to help me if want the data I can share you how many time I called them

    Dear Team,
    yesterday your team MS (mr. Satyaraj) has confirm that he ll close call today morning. till now nothing happened… Today, I am forced to apply leave for non-availability of network(past 10 days i have been to office due to non-availability of proper support from your side and frequent internet down;despite of covid risk )…

    Initial call was logged on 20’thOctober –>SR000012MPNA ->closed without my knowledge– Issue repeats

    Second call was logged on 04’th November –> SR000012S3A6 –> Still open and not attended so far…

    Yesterday some engineers came after repeated calls to MS around 7PM and diagnosed modem fault. later they said the replacement modem which they bought also faulty… MS has assured over phone that he ll close today morning. but now he is also not responding to our call…

    All calls made by me are recorded..

    I have made tones of calls to Customer support, nothing happened….

    I have made tones of calls to MS and FEs, nothing happened….

    What your team wants me to do to get my things back to normal, for which i already paid…

    Do your team required more time for this… Its 20 days over.. Even i have chaged subject line for your readyunderstanding…

    None of SE and MS has responded (MS has not even attend the call) properly for the call made by us today too..

    I need my deposit and monthly recharge back as compensation… I am ready to give back your devices which is useless for me….

    I am repeating here again for record purpose…

    This is my second month (first month being a trial phase) of using Jio Fibre. First of all they don’t provide right information. I was informed on recharge of 999/- i will be getting netflix which is not true.
    2) internet is working worst than 2G (it claims it’s 5G). I feel duped, i should’ve had continued with my previous internet instead.
    3) Internet speed is not what i am getting which was promised to me. 5G network doesn’t work most of the times, i only get 4g (which again works worst than 2g on normal days).

    After installation , you cannot contact the customer care numbers, iether they are so busy or kept on hold .

    JIO FIBRE IS INTRESTED ONLY FOR SELLING NOTHING ELSE – WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE .
    ON E MAIL, THEY JUST SEND A PRE WRITTEN SCRIPT – AND CUSTOMERS GET FED UP .
    JIO-FIBRE HAS TO WAKE UP FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    jio net speed is now really horrible. i have called your local incharge vitta venkat mob.no.8977705555 but literally no response. i am practising advocate in high court of AP by virtue of the inconsistent net speed and lesser than the promised net speed, i am subjected to severe hardship and unable to appear in court proceedings. please do the needful, else i may have to opt for an alternative provider.

    I am subscriber to jio fibre silver plan and my subscription is valid upto 14 January 2021.

    My jio fibre landline 35539962 is not working since yesterday. When complained I got a counter questionnaire all which I checked and found that the base telephone on which the connection is given does not have any dial tone.

    I chatted with one mr. Shyam who too was not of any help, I am 78 years old and me and my wife are staying alone. Without a phone connection we are like tahini in ghosts’ land. My subscriber number is 400124172868

    HI Team,

    Due to tussle between 2 teams, Milan Apartments West Enclave Pitampura Delhi is not getting the Jio Fibre connection. The cables are laid by one department while the other department is not ready to give connection in those cables.

    It is a loss for the company for a customer base of 125 flats.

    Currently it is being served by local broadband service provider so the company due to its internal politics is loosing on customers

    One of my friend Mr rajinder Singh booked jio because I recommended to him
    In 6/3/2021 a jio fiber sales men visit over shop and he will request to as to buy jio fiber
    Salesman name is anuj the anuj is gives him totally wrong information the plan of jio fiber and also he said with in 30 minutes the jio fiber is activated in rajinder Singhs shop
    finally mr rajinder is accepted the product and rajinder Singh is payed to the sales men (Anuj) rs 1500 online payment but he is cheated after taking money he is go from shop then 2 days mr rajinder Singh is waiting for anuj but the sales men will not back to him also he is not pik up the call finally mr rajinder Singh is complaining to jio fiber customers care they promise to rajinder Singh they will pay back the money with in 7 to 10 days today is 24 march 18 days is gone but not yet any refund from jio fiber this is happening from the jio Salesman and also the customer care of jio fiber jio is holding the money with him because the customer mr rajind Singh is bealeave to jio we want solution that’s why I’m mailing here
